PAW ME understands that at times things can go wrong through shipping and manufacturing of items. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CLOSELY.
PAW ME will only exchange an item which is found to be faulty through manufacturing or through delivery. If the identical item can not be provided for exchange then PAW ME will issue a credit for the same dollar value.
All goods returned for exchange or credit must be received by PAW ME no later than 21 days from date of invoice, and will be subjected to the following conditions:
- Damaged used or dirty items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- All items must be unopened new and sealed intact.
- The customer is responsible for freight cost if the product is found not to be a manufacturing or Shipping fault.
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
PAW ME products come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
